Hi my name is jakk and I've been vaping since april. Reason I am posting this today is that I ordered smok's TFV8 back in september and my order was processed, but when I check tracking it says preparing shipment since the 22nd of september. I've emailed them twice and haven't heard back. What should I do?

I feel your pain.. placed an order a month ago today... still waiting even though I now know it's in country *sigh*.
Yes... same here. It's VERY slow at the moment.
My 4th Sep order arrived 4th Oct. 2nd slowest order of all time.
My 6th Sep order is nowhere to be seen/known, only that it arrived in the UK.

just got an email the other day from Smok. Apparently the US customs has to check every order for security reasons
