Hi all !

My name is Russ , I was an analog smoker for 28 years. Switched to e cig 2 weeks ago after returning to work from a 5 month furlough to find that no one smokes anymore . All vapers.
Im on a mission to learn what I can about vaping. I bought a v-Go starter kit with 2 650mah batts, atty cone cover , 5 carts and usb/wall charger. Good start for $55 I thought.
Anyway, I also picked up a bunch of sample sized ejuice ranging from tobacco flavors (555) to coffee (mocha, cappuccino) and fruities (peach, blueberry, clove, mint).

A question I have is what is the next step ? I want to get a couple attys and a drip tip for a different experience. The cartos are ok , but I like to change up frequently. I just want some opinions on battery type and e juice suppliers. Price to quality ratios.

Sorry to run on and on . So much to learn.

Russ

Welcome to ECF! I'm not sure what you mean by "battery type." The battery you have is fine for dripping. If you mean what kind of atties you should buy, then you'll need 510s and a 510-901 drip tip.

There are all sorts of juice vendors, but the two I use are VaporBomb and Gourmet Vapor. Both are great quality, but VaporBomb is a little cheaper.

I don't know. Isn't there also a Kanger V-Go with KR808D-1 threading? Like htis one
http://www.analogalternative.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=91

Can you link the page where you bought it? Need to see which threading you have. You may have KR808D-1 threading.

If 510 threading you buy 510 atomizer (standard or the low resistance ones that are hotter but use battery charge faster)

If KR808D-1 then you need DSE901 atomizer (standard or low resistance)

With either you can get adapters to use additional models' atomizers

Both would use the same drip tips and you can probably buy both at Liberty-Flights.com or LiteCigUSA.net

Juices - so may places. I mostly use Backwoods Brew, FreedomSmokeUSA, and get a few from Juicy Vapor, Velvet Vapors, and others

Hello and welcome to the forum over time you will find some great advice on your way to being analog free. That being said the batteries you have now are good. They can last for around six hours before a recharge. As for drip tips check out FreedomsmmokesUSA and Good Prophets as well as attys if you need them. As for juice vendors I cann tell you the ones I use. They all have great customer service and fast shipping. FreedomsmokeUSA, GourmetVapors, MadVapes, BackwoodsBrew, Vaperite, and AwesomeVapors. There are two more that I recently ordered from for the first time amd that is ........... and Bombayvaping I likes them both. Hope I steered you in the right direction. All of the above memtioned vendors that I ordered from have great juices. I did not receive one that I did not like

Thanks for the quick replies good people. The link I purchased from is here it says I can use KR808 D1 cartomizers or a 901 atomizers.
I'm confused by all the options .Knowing what is compatible with what I have etc. I think I meant benefits of increased battery mah as opposed to battery"types" as I expressed in my initial post . Sorry about that. I'd like to know alot of stuff but I think Im gonna spend some time searching the site instead of being lazy and asking a zillion q's here.
