What's the difference between cartomizer and clearomizer? Which is better?

Welcome! caromizers have a polyfill filling that absorbs the eliquid, and clearomizers do not. I personally like clearomizers because you can see how much e-liquid you have in them and when you need to refill. However, the cartomizers give IMO a bit of a warmer vape, and I do use them on occasion. It all depends on personal preference...just have to try both and see which you prefer.

If you like seing the liquid level and wants a warmer vape, than use ur carto with a tank.

it will fit as long as it uses a 510 connection. Wicking means the strings that u saw inside will suck big time(transfer) to the coil head.
