hiya people!

i'm cheech and here to introduce myself. I just found this forum today after having google point me here in reply to many searches.
i've been trying to quit smoking for many years. Yesterday my son hooked me up with a vamp v3 with a nautilus mini and some juice. i haven't had the desire to light up a cig since!
I've been reading and reading up on this, my new hobby, trying to get everything set up just right.
I'm happy to have found y'all and I look forward to some interesting discussion.

Welcome, cheech, to the forum, and congratulations on taking that step to get off of the smokes! Just wait, this hobby is crazy cool, and you haven't seen anything yet! But for now, just enjoy the vaping and getting yourself free of cigs completely.

That's another reason I wanted to quit. i was spending ~$150 a month. I was lucky in that I had to make no initial investment (thanks Billy)
But even if it took $100 to start up, you start seeing the savings after just a month.
It's been 25 hours since I last had a cig - and so far it's been Easy!

I never thought I could quit smoking. I tried many times and just could not do it...always went back. Started with just a reg e-cig I bought at the mall. It's been a year now and I adjusted very well. Good luck to you...you can do this...

wow, thanks for the kind words everyone!
i so got this.....no desire at all to smoke. in a large way it's because of the high nicotine content. i have 24 mg/ml and it's way too strong for me. 12 mg/ml would be more "comfortable". my son has been smoke free for 40 some days now and it was a snap for him too.

just to let y'all know....i still haven't taken a single hit off an analog. i have to say a heartfelt "THANKS" to the forum and all the great info here.
