Ooohh! Portable 5V vaping! Do I spend the money now, or save it until they get the 5V battery they've been 'working on'? Think I'll wait for Morandir's review before taking the plunge, but payday is Friday so this might be in my near future.

Sweet!! Wow, I don't know if I'm ready to take the plunge into anything bigger than the normal batts/carts but this does look intriguing. Might be nice to have if you're out of pocket camping or something for an extended period. Very interested to hear more details and see more pics.
I have been using this mod for about a week now. I have had ZERO issues with it. This is one of the smallest high voltage mods that I have seen.

I'm assuming it has some kind of regulator/buck converter in it to bring the voltage down -- do you know what type? I ask because some linear regulators can get pretty hot -- does this thing put off any heat?
Definitely has a regulator not sure off hand which type... I've been using it for several days exclusively and it does not seem to get warm at all.

Last week when we released a few of our new products Smilin referred to a 5V mod on the way. Well, it is here
This is not the 5V Battery that we have been working on, but this baby works great. It comes with 2X 3.0V LiFePO4 Tenergy batteries which you stack in the mod (make sure the positive terminal go towards the end with the button. The Tenergy batts use a safer chemistry than standard Lithium Ion, so they can be used in ecig mods. The mod is 510 threaded, but we are also including a 510 to 808 adapter so you can use it with all of our cartos. It also comes with the Tenergy charger with a wall plug and a car plug, plus a 6ml 510 threaded Dual Coil Tank, and a bottle of juice (Premium or Wow). Right now we have limited quantities of these, so I'd get them while you can. I have been using mine for a few days and I have been getting 6-8 hours per battery charge. We also have extra Tenergy batteries available for sale, I would recommend having at least one extra pair or batteries. The thing I like most about this thing is the size. It packs a 5V punch in a small package. It's about the same length as the VGO and maybe twice the diameter.

The Cartomizer replacement issue has been addressed for the tanks that are being shipped with this mod. It sounds like a wide variety of selection is making its way to the shelves. As far as other accessories will you be offering those in the near furture? Secondary battery sets, and 501 to 808 adapters?
I was also wondering about all the little accessories with these things (alternative kits) being replaceable with v4l?
