Thank you for all your work on this. I just ordered in Sky Blue! I cannot wait time to clean out the collection as so many were just rendered irrelevant.
I would like to know how someone selects the screen to be horizontal like in some of the pics. Not vertical along the length of the device. There is no menu on the purchase page to select menu screen orientation.
I was under the impression that the horizontal thing was the rocker switch, not the screen.
Lol!! That would be a neat trick - but you'd need a magnifying glass to read it. You can't orient the screen horizontally - you can only change the vertical orientation so the info reads top to bottom, or bottom to top. Basically just rotates the screen 90 degrees.

Rocker switch, cool. But that would be a nice future addition. Standing upright it does look good if you could manufacture the screen in that orientation.

I like todds reviews even with all the mumble - at first i surely didnt though, but i have come to accept and enjoy them. I need a cup of tea/coffee when i am watching though.
Anticipation!!! How soon is soon? I ordered the regular old titanium finish so it'll match with different attys and because it will get it to me a day or so quicker. Any updates?
We're plugging away, but that's the problem with a first release - hard to get everything perfect in quantity production. We had to redo a couple of parts because they weren't up to standard, and, of course all you guys wanted serial numbers
)) so we've been set back a couple of days. But really only a couple of days. All the tubes are finished and out for paint, caps are beings spun out as I write (well, it's a little late so maybe not at this very moment), and there are only two internal parts left to make, which will happen Monday and Tuesday. Assembly should be fairly quick since we have the system down, so that's the situation. Believe me, I want these things out and in your capable hands more than anyone.
Just take your time to get em right quality is worth the wait and while im waiting i had to order some bling drip tip ( thanks to Baditude lol )

Went to your site to check them out but can't get in. Age verification comes up, I click on the over 18 button and nothing happens. Can't get past the age verification.
Hmm, that's a new one. Anyone else having this problem? Haven't heard of it before. Are you using Safari? We seem to have lots of problems with that browser.
Thank you left coast! I agree with the notion of quality before speed despite increasing anticipation to use this device. I will sit tight and rest assured that it will get here when it gets here. I'm sorry, I, and I'm sure many on the pre-order, are just eager to give it a try. Thanks for taking the time to answer our questions and keep us posted.
It's a pleasure. I know it's tough to wait - I'd already be in jail for multiple felonies if my Futura got snatched away. Fortunately I do have access to a few others so that probably won't happen
. But you know, you only get one chance to make a good first impression, and that's what we're determined to do. Afterwards you guys will all be in our thrall, and eager to acquire all the other goodies we're developing for future release. As the saying goes, muahahaha!- Status
