Add me to the list of not getting a reply. Last time I heard from him was in an email on Nov. 2 and was told to expect it in 2 weeks. I tried to send an email thru the contact form on his site 5 days ago and no reply yet.
I understand and expected product delays. But, ignoring paid customers is not okay.

Has anyone beside the 2 received their devices?

Problem is how to cancel since all attempts to contact find a black hole. Haha.

It's really quite unfortunate that what looked like such a promising device has come to this. It could be over-reaction but the feeling is not good at this point (one might even say scandalous).

The Facts:
It appears that most (including me) have no idea where there orders are (shipped, pending fulfillment or worse). The ones that have received orders are reporting that something as simple as the 510 threading is deficient. Other customers report that the units are scratched upon arrival. The website still shows that the device is "in stock" and is presumably still taking orders. The same website which has been displaying the same 5 low resolution pictures of what is probably a prototype. No attempt to contact the seller has been successful except for those that have a telepathic connection. The guy who was selling the device daily on this forum has mysteriously disappeared from the same forum which provides a direct link to his clientele.

At this time I'm hoping for a happy ending. Vape gods we need you now. Haha. Let's see how it unfolds. Keep calm and vape on. :D

You guys are just making me sad. The lack of patience and level of paranoia is quite amusing.

Either way, I am curious where are you actually emailing? (You can PM me rather than post emails in here)

You can get in touch with them thought the contact page on the site...... or not. Not sure what is amusing about this. I think there is a level of expectation when it comes to buying something.

1. When you are dropping over 2 bills on something it should work out of the box. Sometimes there are issues.. but so far, most replying are having an issue...

2. When issues come up, you should be able to get some support. From what i can tell in the posts... no one has actually heard from the company (myself included).... except one person who says replacements are being sent out.

It is somewhat frustrating since the return policy on the site is 7 days... and that is coming up quick for me anyways.

I hope if / when the review from pbusardo comes out, it reflects some of the problems people are having.... but then again, if i was sending out a device to a well known reviewer, it would be gone over with a fine tooth comb before actually being sent...

Who are you and why would anyone PM or email YOU about their order?

I've been trying to contact them as well with no response to my last few emails. I've sent another today.

Last I heard why I didn't have a production unit yet was due to issues with the top cap and finishing. Once I have a production unit, I'll get to work on the review right away for you.

If you guys are having issues, please let me know what they are and I'll keep my eye out for them. Feel free to email me directly at pbusardo@tasteyourjuice.com as I really don't get much of a chance to respond and comment in forums as much as I'd like to anymore :-(

Thanks everyone!

A lil update. The scratches really are minor. Wait until there are more on the wild before forming an opinion on them.
I'm having a DNA20D issue. It tells me to check the battery and it won't fire, while reporting the battery at 3.9 volts charge.
This was my issue with the original Kick and now it's worse. I assume it's alerting me to voltage under load, but at 3.9 volts charge?
Come on evolv. The batteries I use are safe down to 2.5 volts!
Ayuund, button tops only guys, the pos connection is recessed. Sadly, my MNKE and most of my other high drain IMR's are flatops.

I have 3 other dna20 devices and although the dna20 seems to go through the batteries faster than a Provari or a Semovar it doesn't have this sort of issue with me. I measured the battery of my Elevator just now and at 3.77 it still shows it as half full and fires just fine.
I will measure it again when its completely drained and let you know.
If I remember correctly the kick had those issues because of voltage loss due to the mod and it wasn't really evolv's fault but the mod makers.

Edit:
Using a Squape at 1.4 Ohm and 12 watts with an 18650 AW 2000mAh.

Wonder if using one of those tiny magnet buttons on top of your flattop battery will work? Wont help with the dna20 problem, but wondering if it will solve the flat battery issue.

I wonder if contacting my credit card company at this point would be fruitless? My card was charged a while ago.... anyone have any input on that?

Since I've been unable to get a hold of anyone at Nexgen, that's what I did. Called Amex, told them an item I ordered and paid for on 9/17 was never shipped, and they took the charge off my card. Didn't want to have to do that, but givem the lack of communication with the vendor (I mean, if he won't even email Phil back.....) it was my option of last resort.

I'm curious why only a couple were delivered a couple days ago and none since. Wonder if the issues with the threading is being resolved before more go out pushing off delivery a bit more.

Anyone with tracking know if it's any closer to being delivered or have they been stuck in the location of origin?

I fall into the category that didn't receive an invoice nor tracking as some others have so everyday I just eagerly anticipate it's arrival.

Has anyone e-mailed Phil yet about what is going on? Maybe someone should so he can include this in his review if there is one.

LOL! Well I guess that answers THAT question...
This is so FUBAR!
Somehow I get the feeling that we will be lucky to receive anything at this point let alone an unblemished and functional device.

I don't think there is anyone with tracking man.
