Apparently Jon is still awake and working. He just responded to my email about this within like 10 minutes. Still working to get it sorted, but I'm not worried.

i hope they get your card sorted out sometimes they can be tricky they take one visa and the next one for what ever reason it doesnt like it you gotta love the geeks that can sort that stuff out and to let ya know jon sent out my code ...thank you jon i have been patient for the most part

Glad to hear you got your code. As for the card, I'm not super worried, I only have the one card I can fit this on until I get paid on the 20th, but if I do end up having to use a different card, Jon said that I wouldn't lose my place. So worst case I'll just reorder with a different card later this week.

Just to reassure everyone on the list, regardless of code you are on the list. The list is immutable. It supersedes all codes and takes precedent over everything. And believe me, I appreciate all the patience and forbearance everyone's shown us.

We had a slight problem with the payment gateway not passing on the orders to the processor. That's been sorted out, but we're still in limbo with Amex. Hopefully that will also be resolved tomorrow. Ok, I'm calling it a night :)

Happy to put in a replacement order with a different card, but don't want to do that until it's necessary to avoid a double order. (Not that 2 Futuras would be a bad thing, but will have to wait on getting the second one for a bit).

I have a visa and I received an invoice but it didn't go through. I'm going to see if it can be sorted out today or tomorrow. I got my email for being in the first 100. I just hope that doesn't affect it.

You may have received two invoices - the first wouldn't have gone through. PM me, or send an email and I'll see what can be done on the backend if you're still having problems.

We are now set up correctly for American Express, so those who had difficulties may order to their heart's content!

Meant to update earlier. After I saw Jon post that the Amex issue was resolved, I emailed to find out if I needed to reorder. He went ahead and reran my order and it went through ^_^. You will know if your card has been charged based on the email invoices. If you haven't received an invoice showing success or you don't see the charge on your card you may wanna try emailing or pming him. Anyway, all my issues are sorted.

Now I just get to go crazy with the waiting.

Thanks for the info Amnesia1187. I did get an email from Jon and put in a replacement order, and all went through. So all should be good. Now the waiting starts! Then again, I've been waiting for my ELA from SuperT since May, so I'm well-practiced in the art of waiting.

Kudos to Jon for being so quick to respond and help. Normally I'm wary about spending a fair amount with an unknown company, but his responsiveness has been outstanding, especially considering the hectic nature of a start-up.

Yeah. You're gonna be suffering, I can tell you. I couldn't live 5 minutes without mine, and I've tried 'em all.

I very much prefer dealing with a company who talk and act like real people ^_^.

Yeah, Trolls R Us around here. But to the comment, it's true. The DNA 20 is such a great system compared with ALL the others, regardless of price - low or high. Of course we want everyone to buy a Futura, but you all owe it to yourselves to get a DNA regardless of packaging. It's just that good. My first Rat Shack DNA box mod which took 5 hours to build never left my clammy hands until the Futura came along.

That all said, I'd like to give a shout out to all the guys and gals, including our competitors, who've taken the plunge and produced some very fine devices. The DNA 20 board, while absolutely brilliant electronically, is not easy to work with, especially in a tube build. To those who have successfully accomplished this, congrats, and thanks for increasing the awareness of an awesome vaping system.
