Hey guys, good Monday morning. I'd like to take the opportunity to reiterate that we're always available for questions and comments (especially from existing customers), and that ANY problems or concerns you may have with your units will be addressed as quickly as possible. If it needs repair, send it in. If you need a hug, let me know (we have contract agents around the globe), if you hate us and would like us to burn in Hell forever, please share (by email or PM preferably).

We're building as quickly as possible, given that the Futura is not mass produced junk churned out in a huge factory. Please realize that each and every unit is hand assembled, tuned and adjusted, This takes time- too much time so far, but we're improving. This is a learning process for us as well, so as we get smarter units go out faster. I can't promise that everyone will receive theirs by Xmas, but many will.

We'll be working throughout the holidays, so please don't worry that everything will shut down due to lame excuses such as family time, etc. Those can wait - Futura comes first!

good to see orders are still being produced and for the unhappy or the bah humbug crowd jon is still willing to stuff your stocking with a return reciept , i have a feeling this start up venture for nexgen will be a season that will not be forgotten for some time , lessons learned and knowledge gained should help them form a pretty good base of operation , but there are still many more lessons they will learn when you open your operation up to employee's but thats another ball of wax , and i guess i was one of jon's missed orders or got on the naughty list or what ever when i gave him my order # 1923 he thought it was out the door....not....im thinking of" all the luck" but like ive said b4" as long as its perfect when it gets here" all is good it will happen when it happens and for the weather report for kablah last week low 80's this week low 70's im still not 100% better im sure when i get back to the snowy mountains of norcal the moon and stars will realign again

I am order #1992. So hopefully by jon's posts mine will go out Thur? Would be nice to have it for new years =). I got a Fire engine red one. Haven't seen any posts here about the colored ones being delivered. Would be nice to see some pics other then the silver and black.

I can understand that sentiment, and I'll try to improve communications from this end. What happens is, sometimes, rarely, a particular order requires a tube which needs adjustment, so it's back to the machine shop for repair. That can cause an out-of-queue phenomenon, whereby an order which, by all rights, should have shipped (according to its #), doesn't. Consequently, some later numbers get shipped before the earlier ones. We're trying to keep this to a minimum, but we can't always predict when it will happen.

That said, we're working on 1980 upwards right now, so the next shipment (after this Tuesday's) will be (approx.) 1980-2005. That's approximate since there are some earlier numbers which haven't gone out yet due to the above reasons. So by the beginning of the following week we should have most everything up to 2005 shipped, and possibly more. That's not a firm promise, but it's our goal. In any case, lots of people will be receiving Futuras. And nice ones too.

yeah but some were meant to be sent out last Friday and apparently there is only a day delay with shipping notices.

Hey guys, I received shipping notification(no tracking number) on Saturday and received my Futura(white) yesterday. Did not have much time to play with it but from first impressions, shes long, really long lol. Will be posting pics once I get home from work today. Hope you guys get yours in time for xmas...

Getting a bit annoyed considering they are meant to be shipping every other day now. I was told on the 7th that mine was up next - 10 days later and still no word. Hopefully they just skipped the notification and its in the post. Should take about 5-6 days to get here.
