Hi Folks

Apparently I have post in here 5 times before I can do anything else, so here's post one.

I've ordered 2 kits of eGo-T's, some juice and spare tanks from China, in the hope I can quit analogs or at least severely curtail their use. My wife and I currently smoke between 80 & 100 analogs per day between us and the cost is becoming ridiculous, plus the coughing etc is driving us nuts. 40+ years of smoking each and well addicted to nic, if this works I'll be amazed.

I was wondering if we should have bought some cartomisers too, as a backup in case we burn out the ego attys very quickly or perhaps just to try something different. Is there a recommended carto that works well bolted to the 640mAh ego batteries? Any suggestions?

Cheers

Wow Tasmania! How are the Tasmanian Devils doing?

You should always have spare atomizers. And yeah cartomizers are nice. I recommend the Boge soft-cap ones and Ego/Riva users can use the LR version for a hotter drag. I use the standard resistance ones on 510 slim batteries. Get some drip tips too. You can drip on the atty and you can also use a drip tip as a cool mouthpiece on a hot carto (or just because it's easier to remove to add juice).

Hello and welcome to the forum! Cartomizers would be a good option to try, and they are and inexpensive backup for your atomizers. Any cartomizer that is listed as 510 compatible will work on your eGo T. I would definitely recommend getting a few extra atomizers and/or cartomizers and be sure you have enough juice as well. If you and your wife were smoking that many cigarettes, you may be hitting these ecigs pretty hard!

Welcome to ECF and the Wonderful World of Vaping.

You have great kits coming and they include a couple T-attys each I assume so you should be good to go for awhile. I really enjoy my eGo T's. You may want to get a syringe with at least a 14gauge needle (blunt tip works great) to refill your T-tanks without having to pop off the little cap all the time.

I started with 36mg and 24mg e-juice and it got me off the "stinkies". Hope all goes well for the two of you. It's great you both are doing this at the same time...a built in support system...plus ECF, of course.

Know that you don't draw off the eGo T like you do an analog, use several gentle slow draws and then watch the plumes of vapor...very satisfying and your mind will definitely believe you are "smoking".

Love to hear more from you after you get your kits and start vaping.

If you have the money to burn, I've been using the Bloog MaxxFusion. Even with its price, between my wife and I we've definitely saved money.

And from my research its the easiest to use. You just charge your batteries, screw on the flavored cartomizer and smoke away.

No analogs since Jan 31st, and thats saying a lot for my wife and I.

I noticed that if your order is over $100 the shipping is free.

Ah yes, I ordered 4 blunt syringes (they were really cheap) so that's covered, I just forgot to mention it. I intend to post progress reports as we go along, I just hope they're positive. Thanks for the tips!

Tassie devils? The footie team or the vicious marsupial? If the footie team I believe they're defunct (I don't follow footie) but if you mean the animal, well, sadly they're not doing well at all.
Poor little things. :(
Dripping sounds somewhat messy, I might try it but I don't think my wife would. We'll see.

Cheers

Bloog? I haven't come across that one yet, off to Google!
And that should be 5 posts, good, and thanks to all!
