Introducing myself and some questions...

Hi all! I'm not exactly new to e-cigs, but we'll just say I'm a "born again" e-smoker. haha My uncle was going to become a distributor in the U.S. a while back and gave my husband and I a few different models to try. I don't remember what we used then or which ones I liked, but I was hooked from day 1. He decided not to distribute, so we went back to smoking cigarettes. NOT a good idea since my husband has had NUMEROUS heart attacks and really needs to quit.

Anyways, we decided yesterday that the only way for us to truly quit after trying every other method out there, was to go back to e-cigs. I looked at a few models online and was going to order, but my husband being the impatient man he is, decided we should check the local smoke shops. I found the Smoke Stik brand at one of them and picked up a starter kit. I don't want to order from their website for the cartridge refills though because I've seen the refillable cartridges on other websites for much cheaper. My problem is, I can't figure out what model number I have. It's not listed in the manual or anywhere else within the packaging and I can't find it online anywhere, including their website. The box that the 2 batteries were in says 'Smoke Stik Junior' but they don't sell that on the website anymore. I don't know if it's a mini cig, a super mini, or what. I'd like to be able to purchase another atomizer because it only came with one and the refillable cartridges so we can try the flavored smoke juice.

I'd appreciate any help with this. I apologize for not posting this somewhere else, but as I'm still a new member, I can't post questions anywhere else yet. Also, does anyone have any other tips/tricks/experience with this particular model or any other recommendations? I'd appreciate any input. This site is great and I'm going to go through and read as many posts as I can before the kids start begging for the computer. lol

Hi Lynae! Congrats on trying the e-cig again, I know they've helped so many people on this forum quit analogs, myself included! To answer your question, I'm wondering if you have a smokestik "mini." There's a video review on the forum, maybe you can check to see if this is your model:

Yep...looks identical to mine. Thank you so much for posting the link to those vids. So it's a mini I guess. That's good to know. So can I just buy cart refills for any that say "mini" then?

I noticed on the review Dustin just added the juice to the cart that came with it so maybe I won't have to buy replacement carts as often as I thought?? I mean I know that I'll have to replace them periodically but I'm thinking maybe I can just add it after I've used them up once & not go through so many?
