How is it working for you? Depending on how much you smoked, 6mg might not be enough. Its good that you are stopping cigs after 5 yrs. though. You most likely havent damaged your lungs irreversibly. When i was at my 5 yr mark, i had no desire whatsoever to quit. And that mindset only gets stronger over the years until you reach a point that you want to quit but just dont see it happening. Good for you for stopping this early. If 6mg works for you and keeps you off cigs, keep at it. If its not working so much, increase your nic content. But youve made the first step, dont look back. Vape on! And welcome to the forum. Youll find lots of info and really decent people here.

Congrats on making a great decision. I started smoking at a young age and unfortunately kept it up for many years. When I first started vaping this forum helped me tons and I am sure it will help you too. You have taken the important first step. Cannot tell if you are using both - smoking and vaping. At your age, I would think the focus should be on fully switching to vaping. Good luck.

Welcome to ECF and congrats on wanting to switch to vaping. I wish I could have made such a decision before sustaining considerable lung damage, although I am also super grateful vaping was there for me when I really needed to switch.

How is your equipment going for you and how are you doing with vaping so far? You may or may not need more nicotine in your juice depending, but if all is well, I would keep on going.

Welcome to ECF and you can ask any vape related questions you have here, or on the relevant section of the forum. But most of all congrats on your decision and I hope it works well for you.

Welcome. I wish you much luck. I could have an ocean front property for all the money I wasted on cigarettes in 40+ years. I hope you keep going until you find what works perfectly for you. You may have to try a lot of things. You may waste money until you find what works for you. I have confidence you will find it. Best.

Hello and welcome!

I have two Tarot Nanos, love those things!

I started at far higher nic, but I was a heavy, long time smoker (Camel Wides, no less). If 6 mg is working, stay with it. You can go higher though if you find you need it.

Good luck!
