well Mike that does make me feel a bit better. I'm on a fixed income like AG so I must be careful how I spend my money in this "hobby"
LOL...come to think of it, in my 3 years of vaping, I have never had battery problems...example...my porvari batt's are now 1 yr old and still going strong. I have 4 of them and they get charged every 4 day's in rotation.

I'm no battery expert for sure.
But I wouldn't let that stop you from buying one of these.
In my 2+ years of vapping, maybe I'm lucky, but I have not had any not accept a charge.
They are all still working like new. I do a lot of charging . I consider myself a chain vapper, I vape more than I used to smoke, now that I don't have to go outside:)
See, that's where I haven't a clue. When I started vaping (2 years ago) I had only kinda cheap batts, not the good ones that people sell today. They really didn't seem to have a long life. I went to the batteries that come out to charge (mods) as soon as I could, been vaping with them ever since. So I'm no battery expert either. That's why I was wondering. :?: But if you can get that kind of life out of them now, I guess I wouldn't worry about it then.

The battery is the one thing I hesitated over when I first started considering this unit (which was way before it was available to purchase). If I get a year out of the battery that's already in it, i'll be ecstatic. I would be far happier if it could be replaced but am hopeful that someone will sort that out. I've been using twists and though they're fine, they can't take me through a 12 hour work day. I'm pretty sure this can! I'll known for sure tonight. Hehe.

12 hour work days, wow.
I guess it depends how high you set the voltage and how much you vape.
But I would still have the spinners around for backup. I work on average 10hrs a day 5 days a week. I usually take 4 650 ego's, I have a nice charging case I bought a few years back it holds 4 ego's with a charging port inside, it's very compact. Not sure if they are even around any more. I bought it from that company with the red devil logo.

For the record, it's been 14 hours since I left the house and this thing is still going strong. The area around the button remains green when pressed. As I understand it, it will go to yellow, then red so.....yeah, It's still got plenty of juice left. Even if the battery can't be replaced (which I hope someone will figure out that it can) I don't regret this purchase. For my needs, it's great.
