Hey guys....am I correct in understanding that the standard eGo cone does fit these? I've read some posts that said it does and others that say it doesn't! I'd like to try these too, but if the cone doesn't work with these... :(

The T4's are about a 1/2 mm bigger than a standard SS carto... so it will depend on the cone you have since they are not all the same. These measure just under 9.7mm in diameter.

The cones that do fit will restrict the airflow a lot without a some kind of modification. There are photos in this thread I posted showing it with a cone on an eGo Mini.

Thank YOU!!! I'm pretty sure I'll be ok! I have a few of the KGO Big Bore Cones that I use for the fatter CE2's in my stash! This is great news!!! WooooHoooo

If they are the colored plastic with the screw on tips they are horrible. Taste like plastic, smell just as bad.

Without knowing which source you got the Vision Nano's from.. it may be possible ( if it wasn't GV ) that they weren't an actual Vision product.

I know I don't detect any plastic taste and once I get them going ( after the vacuum pressure is right ) they vape pretty well. In fact, because they are lower ohm devices... I prefer them on a 510 battery to help boost the wattage on them... I know it isn't good for the life of the battery, but I feel it's worth it.

To get the Nano's going good... First don't fill them completely, leave a slight air gap. Then take some dry pulls ( not firing the battery, or off of the battery if you have an auto type ) to get the e-liquid into the wicks... I also let them set for a bit and finally take the top off to help with the vacuum some.

On a 3.3v regulated battery using 1.8 ohm Nano's you get about 6w on the coil. At 3.7v you'd get just over 7.5w. On an unregulated mod starting off at 4.2v you'd get just under 10w and it will drop as the voltage drops.

The T4's at a little higher ohm resistance is what I'd recommend to others that may not want to limit their expected lifetime on their smaller batteries. I like both the T4's as well as the Nano's and don't currently have a favorite between the two.

With the T4's at about 2.2 ohms... expect slightly lower wattage outputs but this is offset somewhat from it being a top coil design so the warmth you get will be very similar to the bottom coil Nano at a lower ohm resistance.

The ones I had were not Vision, I know that now, they were disgusting and every single person I talked at that time had the same issue. I have some of the Vision ones now and they are much better. The others were simply made from cheap material. The lack of response from the vendor selling them cost them my business, along with others.

The T4 is still my preferred unit to recommend to first time vapers. I just prefer Kanger products right now. I use a T4 on my Super T Precise Plus 10440 as my stealth Vaping unit.

Ok so I got 4 of these in today but have only tried 2. Of those 2 they only work on one of my Riva 510 batteries and not the other. What gives? Both batteries are charged.

On the one they don't work on... you have overtighted a previous carto/tank etc and have pushed the center pin down and it isn't making contact. You'll need to raise the pin using something

The important part ( after you fix your issue ) is knowing that you are overtightening the vaporizers you are using... it doesn't matter if you use a carto, clearo, a tank or any type ... this is causing the pin ( post ) to be pushed down on the battery or the pin ( post ) on the vaporizer being pushed up.

To keep this from happening again... don't tighten them as much as you have been. They only need to be snugged down a little bit.

You mentioned that the T4's were working on one of the batteries but not the other... so the one that they aren't working on... I recommend pulling up the post on the battery so it can get contact again and work with other vaporizers you use later. I like using a dental pick or real small needle nose plyers ...

If on the otherhand, the vaporizer doesn't work on any battery... that indicates that the vaporizer's pin ( post ) got pushed up and needs pulled back down some... again, a pick or small pliers can help you adjust whichever one you need adjusted. On the vaporizer ( ie the T4 ), the center post should extend just below the threads that are on the outer portion.

Thanks! Don't think we have anything that we can work with tonight but may can get ahold of something this weekend

A blunt needle tip works as well. There are some cheaper batteries that have very shallow posts from the get go. Just remember that your equipment just has to make contact and not be super tight on your battery. When you feel it get snug you are good. A lot of good info in the previous posts.

Got mine today! Looks gorgeous on my standard eGo, and cone fits perfectly too!

BUT, BUT, BUT....any reason why it's tasting burnt? I filled and even let it sit for about 20 minutes...took a few short dry hits....still tastes burnt! Juice is 70/30 PG/VG, and I can't taste it!

I went through this entire thread again, and not one person has mentioned burnt taste! I can't imagine what I'm doing wrong!
