Good advice. You guys should also make sure you have fresh batteries when the gurgling starts, low bats will do that too.

Damn!! All this great news about the vapeonly and now this gurgling problem... I know that problem all too well.. I had a couple nova tanks that did exactly what u are talking about (splattering hot little juice droplets at my tounge) .. Horrible experience and def don't want a tank with this problem. Hopefully you find out what caused it, maybe it's just a fluke?

Okay, looked up the kanger pro, yes it looks beautiful and yes I want one. Sounds like they are not available yet tho, so I will be on the look out. Any clue if/when gotvapes may be getting them? Or will you have to get them right from kanger? Also, the plastic isn't my beef with all these tank systems.. It's just the inconsistency and fiddling required with burnt taste/wicking, gurgling, leaking, etc.. All these annoying performance issues that we are all too familiar with. Don't wanna sound like a perfectionist or ..... about what some consider minor issues, but I've just been hoping for a tank that works consistently without these issues. Maybe the kanger pro will be my answer..
Found a problem with the Vapeonly BCC Mega. It started gurgling and was getting some juice into my mouth. ... So, how did all that juice get up there???
I took the tip off again, cleaned the cavity and vaped without the tip. I could then feel the micro drops of sizzling juice hitting my tongue. I was vaping then at around 4.4v which caused the juice to sizzle and shoot up many tiny droplets which ended up accumulating in the drip tip socket. When enough juice piles up in there then it begins to gurgle a lot.
...
You've gotten some tips (no pun) that have helped you. I'll throw in some more...
The sizzling droplets: You mentioned you use 100% VG. High VG juices are most often cut with distilled water to thin them out. The water has a tendency to sizzle. Try putting a drop of water onto a hot griddle.
The 'juice' below the mouthpiece: Condensation. Always happens. If your mouthpiece fits all the way down the condensation runs back down the vapor tube. If it doesn't, and there is a ridge or space where the condensate can accumulate, it will accumulate. Liquids work that way.![]()
I have a question... I have been using the Phoenix & reborn since they came out (and nothing else until 3 days ago when I got a cheap atty, Since you are always selling out I needed something else). I like them because they have no poly fill and nothing to interfere with the flavor and no allergic reaction. I am not one to try every new thing that comes along, but I might like these, I did like a tank that I got with my eGo a year ago. It was an eGo-w kit. Anyway since then I have found what I like, the Phoenix, but you are always sold out. So do these have any poly fill in the middle?
I too am a big fan of the Phoenix XL.Thank you. I may have to try this. I hope it will be a new favorite
look at wick area, it looks like one bunched up wick but its actually 4, use tweezers to grab onto a few strands which will pull out 1 wick when you snag it out. this will allow for more types of thicker juices to flow through, i even tried thin juice and its amazing, no leaking, you can do the same with t3's etc.
Here's the wick post
Any vapor that condenses out as it cools slightly... will be the same as the original liquid minus what may have filtered out in a wick or caramelized onto the coil.
