Can anyone confirm that this is what were looking at. I am almost positive that were needing the NR wire setup. This really needs to be on the website if this is the case. This could really cause havoc if you use just plain resistance wire all the way through, because that would mean the wires down the ceramic holder would also heat up and add resistance to the coil. So could we get a confimation on whether NR wire is required?

Thanks

I've had this guy for a few months, definitely needs NR wire. You can also pick up some .999 silver wire from some craft stores for use in jewelry, which is what I use.

Had mine two days now. Nice! The amount of opening for flow from the tank to the wick and coil is what I'm getting down now, it isn't too much. Found it to be better to close it all the way when filling the tank then open it a bit. As the liquid in the tank goes down open it up, a little bit at a time.
Glad I saw the post on the NR wire. Thanks tschmeck for the heads up.
Nice piece of gear. I might like it more than an RBA. Might also get another!

I leave mine a tiny bit open when filling to let some air out, I never fill it completely and I actually fill it upside down by unscrewing the poly tank instead of the top cap.

Thanks, I will give that a try.

Found that top filling works best for me. I leave a bit of space but basically fill 'er up.

Where can I buy this GV Tarantula RBA?? Its not on Gotvapes.com & a Google search didn't show any atomizers, what gives??? Also, what kind of "hybrid adapter" does it have? Will it thread onto my Nemesis? I REALLY like the GG Ithaka but not only is it REALLY EXPEN$IVE but that "knurled" part that sticks out to 23mm just ruins that seamless, flush look like you get with the Kayfun. Will the the hybrid adapter allow me to use the GV Tarantula without that knurled part?? Thanks in advance for the help.

thats was the ithaka clone but we waited because the first version needed some improvements due to leaking, same as the fogger, but we will have both revised version 3 of both coming shortly, we are also getting the latest 91% russian as well

Yeah, DEFINITELY interested in new revisions of the Fogger and Ithaka clone. I've got a Fogger V2 and while it IS a little frustrating at first, it rewards patience. Hopefully a V3 will solve some of the little hiccups this thing has. Heck, for some folks, it's unusable. If a V3 is just.....improved QC, I think that'd solve most of the problems.

But I'm just thinking out loud....errr....typing quietly.

Ideas off the top of my head for v3:

wider channels for the wick holes (hard to get enough juice to a hot coil with the current small openings)
Drop down walls like the real Taifun, would make building / mounting coils MUCH easier.
A way to get to the coil without having to suck all the juice out (tough one, but would be awesome)
