And with you, I hope you like that switch

I do, very comfortable. This one *might* go to my dad as a gift. If it does I will be ordering another in a few months. I will keep an eye on what woods you have available. Keep up the good work!

Hows the wood supplier hunt going pete? Haven't heard any updates in a while.. :)

I found a possible company to work with, I ordered a little wood to see what condition it come's in I just havent recived it yet. I hope it show's up this week . I do have a little bit of cocobolo left if anyone want's a 18350 mod , if someone want's a cocobolo mod just PM and I can go over what I have left to offer.

I have also sent out two mod's with a new positive connection, it look's better and fit's better . I think I will work on that new connection while I'm waiting on the wood

How much cocobolo do you have left? do you have enough for a box roughly 2in x 4in? I also have a question with the SP you sent me. The positive connection is a little tricky on that one. Some of the epoxy sits out a little further than the battery contact and it takes a lot of fiddling and getting the battery in exactly the right position to fire it up. Is there an easy way to get all that epoxy out of there and redo it without breaking the wood?

Ah... I thought you just wanted to clean the epoxy off the top of the contact.

Most epoxy is intended to be permanent, and is chemical and heat resistant. Any solvent that could break down epoxy would likely ruin the wood first, and any heat strong enough to melt the epoxy would definitely damage the wood.

:(

I have been working the night shift so I have been missing a lot of thread time. I finally got new wood in yesterday and I will be cutting them up today.

I will be making 18350 out of paduak

And 18650 bottom feeder out of bubinga

I'm only making a few of each because I will start selling on a website , which I will give the address to once I mail out the first batch .

I figuard the site would be good for a new start

Awesome!! Good to know you found another wood supplier and are back in business. Can't wait to see those bottom feeders!

yea belive it or not I wasnt going to buy from them again seeing as I ordered the wood 3 week's ago but I'm happy with the wood and the manager took care of me once he realized what was going on with my order and the lengthy wait. I'll probly make these then order in a week or so. I took a full time job instead of the part and they got me working 9pm to 5am so the sleep scheduale has been a pain but should be getting used to it soon I hope
