Hi Guys

I am from Cape Town in South Africa. after numerous attempts to quit the analogs with failure I finally got hold of an Ecig on Monday and have not looked back I have been analog free since Monday and intend to keep it that way for good.

I got the mini vivi nova and the ce5+ tank with 2 ego batts I think and vaping on some digital juice watermelon and Liqua energy drink and turkish tobacco. I have been chain vaping the lol is this bad?

Any advice for the newbie would be greatly appreciated:vapor:

Welcome to the forum.
As far as advice goes drink lots of water especially if you're chain vaping. The juice dehydrates you so plenty of water keeps you both well hydrated and helps clean out the crap from smoking that's built up over the years.
Watch out for headache and or nausea as this could be a sign of nicotine overdose.
Good luck.

Hello Sharief and Welcome to ECF,

Well done on making the switch and congratulations on being smoke free.

Nothing wrong with chain vaping. I think we all do it, some more than others. Buying gear is all part of the fun.

Nice to see another South African join the forum.;)

might become very expensive....on average how much ml do you vape in a month? I want to buy juice for 2 months 1 time
Chain vaping you can easily go through 4 or 5 ml a day so having a 150 ml of juice on hand for a month is an idea. Juice if it is kept in a cool dark place will stay good for quite a while. It can get expensive buying prepared juices so you might want to consider making your own. You might also consider buying from places that have sample packs which allow you to try out numerous juices to find what best suits your tastes.

Hi Sharief, I'm originally from Gangsters Paradise, Jo'ies to be exact.:D I don't live in za anymore but visit regularly, my parents still live there.

We do have a South African Forum on ECF, it didn't have much traffic but has slowly been picking up. All are welcome. I'm sure you've already worked out that the e-cig business in SA is extortionate. You would probably be better off importing your products. A few of the threads in the SA forum have links to some tried ans tested places to shop from. From what I've gathered best to import your nic separately to your hardware, just in case sapo get clever with your packages.;)
