Could you order your replacements online or is that a problem too? Check out YouTube for some homemade e-cigs. You can build your own coils, because Kanthal is used for a lot of different things and you can order it online. You can use cotton for wicks. You can buy VG at Walmart if you have one or at a pharmacy. To solve the battery problem, save your dead Ego battery. You can make your own Stinger for vaping without a battery. With the tank still attached, wiggle the top of the battery back and forth until it comes loose. It's just a pressure fit. Pull the battery out and cut the leads as close to the battery as you can. Get an old USB cable off of something and cut the end off that went to the electronic, not the part that goes into the computer. Then strip the outside insulation down a bit. You'll see four wires. The red and black are the ones that provide power. The others are for data and you can cut those off. Strip about a quarter of an inch of insulation off the black and red wire. Drill a hole in the base of the Ego case that your wire will just go through (it's plastic). Thread your USB cable up through the case and tie a single overhand knot in it so that when you pull it back into the case, just the stripped wires are sticking out. Now, pull it back out the top so you can solder the stripped wires onto the leads coming off of the button and thread part you pulled off earlier. The red wire is soldered to the hot leg and the black is soldered to the ground. The ground is the one that's soldered to the case that holds the button. Put some tape on your wire joints or if you have some shrink wrap for small wires, that's even better. Now, push the button part back down into the case. The knot you tied earlier will keep you from pulling your connection apart. Plug it into a USB port on your computer. A USB wall adapter usually won't work unless it's higher amperage. Screw a tank onto your new Stinger and vape into oblivion. You can save your other batteries for when you go out. Just make sure your solder connection on the hot side isn't touching the case, when you put it back together. That's the one that isn't soldered to the side of the button/thread combo. Also, try to get the longest USB cable you can so you're not hunched over your desk trying to vape. If videos are more helpful, there's tons of them on You Tube. That's where I came up with the idea. Also, they sell these things already made up on Ebay and some vape shops online, but their cords are too short for me, but maybe not for you.
Well, I hope this gives you some ideas. If you want to vape bad enough, you'll figure a way. Good luck.
