It might help if you mentioned at least vaguely what your app idea was about. Someone who develops user interfaces for real-time online database access will not have the skill set to develop a game, and someone who develops games will not have the skill set to work on an inventory tracking app.

Just sayin'

:)

Very, very, very true.

If I said it was an e-cig app (duh), would that make you more or less interested and qualified as a developer to inquire more about getting involved?

PM me and let me know what you have in mind. I'm somewhat qualified. I'm a web developer with a little bit of mobile experience. I also know other app developers I could potentially refer you to. I'm also around today if you wanna have a little chat.

Cheers

I know a lot of web developers but has anyone here developed apps?

appreciate you asking here. i'd volunteer but it's a little outside my area of expertise. if no takers i'd suggest posting on other boards. recommend you find a developer with at least 2-3 years experience. and a vaping habit of course. you could pay them in vaping supplies. seriously.

Hi Deeds!

I originally posted here many moons ago and forgot that I did so thanks for the reminder!

I'd previously hired an app developer who doesn't vape. Because of the uniqueness of our developing industry, I discovered that it's very important that we "speak the same language". To the extent that the developer understands the challenges vapers and vendors face, he or she will better understand how this app addresses some of those challenges and the project will move along more efficiently.

I'll pm you and am specifically not putting details here because the idea, while unique, is duplicable!
