Based on what I've seen take place so far, it is my opinion, that the ipv 3 will not be in our hands until around mid to late September. Even if the SX 330 V3 chip is ready before then, they have to hold off releasing it to the market for a while, due to financial reasons. You know what...? I would be shocked if the SX 330 V3 chip capable of 100 watts hasn't already been completed a month ago!

Simple rules of business. If you release the best you've got right off the bat, you'll lose a lot of sales. Instead, provide consumers with a product that is somewhat better than what's currently on the market, to cause them to buy it. Then, after everyone is pretty much done buying that product (except for a few stragglers), launch the next best thing, and have everyone buy your new product all over again. Once sales are exhausted on that new product, do it again, launch the next "latest & greatest" mod. Thats how you make money. And this is a prime example of it:
  • Hana mod clone 30 watt
  • IPV 50 watt
  • IPV 100 watt
Many of us, including myself, will buy each of these products when they're released on the market. Had the Chinese skipped any of the "gradual increments" of power, they'd lose a ton of money. Have a customer buy one product from you, versus having the same customer buy three products from you. Huge difference! So based on that theory alone, I don't see the IPV 3 coming out so soon. It wouldn't be the brightest business move on their part. In addition, they do tend to struggle a bit with fulfilling purchase order deadlines due to high demand. I definitely see a delay in getting all of their orders out in time unless they make an improvement in the production process.

But who knows, maybe you're right in saying that the IPV 3 is only a few weeks away.

We'll technically they already have a dual 26650 mod, called the beast box, a guy at my local vape shop has it and claims it is capable of upwards of 200 watts. Wether this is true I don't know nor have I seen it anywhere else but it was almost $300...

actually, I found the link for the exact one he has

So I'm new to this whole forum thing, so with my first post I figured I would relay some interesting information that I personally received from Shenzhen Green Leaf Technology regarding the IPV 100 watt. I have been emailing back and forth with them.

So the details that I do have so far.

- 100 watt max

- 2 18650 batteries

- Step down voltage (the 50 watt does not have this)

- upgradeable via USB

- 0.1 ohm capable

- $100 price tag

- only vendors can order in quantity starting now and shipped 28 days later.

Now what I don't have is pictures or the chip version, although they did say they would send me some pics in a few days. When I get them I will post them.

I already ordered my IPV 50 watt that is a step up from my Sigelei 30 watt. And with the 100 watt in the heels of the 50 watt it's pretty crazy how fast they are making these things!

I myself will not go beyond 50 watts, I'm just waiting for a dual 26650 or single 26650 box mods....or the GL50 by pioneer, if it ain't 26650 forget it

Hi their, I own a ipv2 50 watt and I could not be happier! !!:D for me personally the 100 watt is a bit much. Try the 50 watt and vape at 50 watts, then imagine 50 more watts on top of that. Just a bit much. But some might like it. But for me personally, the 50 watt is just fine. In fact I absolutely ♡it!!
