My hardware:
- iPV 3 Li 200W box mod
- Horizon Tech Arctic Turbo tank, .6 ohm or 1.5 ohm coils

I have had the iPV 3 Li for nearly a year now, and in the past I have had the occasional "Low Resistance" error, but I have been able to fix it in the past by tightening my tank and making sure it the coil was making a connection as well making sure the tank is contacting the iPV port.
I am trying to understand this error more so I know how to properly handle it. I have also received the "Short!" error on two occasions (once nearly a year ago, and again earlier today). The first time I got the message was my first time using the mod, and I was trying to fix the "Check Atomizer" error which was understandable. But earlier today I got the message when casually vaping. The latter occasion I will discuss below.

First off, I got replacement glass for my tank and it seems to fit fine - it does not leak or anything of the sort. However, in order to not get the "Low Resistance" error I actually have to unscrew my tank a TINY bit where it is not leaking but it isn't tight. I am not unscrewing the tank from the mod, but the glass part of the tank from the base of the tank. I figure this is useful in trying to understand what's wrong, but I can't make sense of it. I figured if anything I would need to tighten my tank to make sure the coil is making contact. I figure that the replacement glass must be, in the slightest of ways, not fitting; however, I have also had this problem with the original glass (although I didn't have to unscrew the tank to fix it. Instead I had to tighten the 'screw' at the 510 threaded tank port on the iPV and make sure the tank was securely fastened as well as making sure the contact 'pin' is sticking out of the bottom of the tank to connect to my mod).

I will be putting my old glass back in and seeing if I still need to unscrew the tank, but even if I don't I still get that "Low Resistance" error when putting my tank back on or something from time to time and it can take a while to get it working again.

Can anyone help me out in understanding and fixing this problem?
Do you think it the mod or the tank is the issue?
Also, any clue what the 'screw' on the iPV's tank port should be like? Should it be tight? Loose? With this new glass, if the 'screw' is tight I always get the "Low Resistance" error so mine is a little bit loose, yet tightening it has fixed the error in the past.

If you have anything you need me to elaborate on let me know. Any knowledge and help is appreciated.

Could be both actually. Im guessing the glass is a tiny bit shorter and may be compressing the coil to ground against the bottom. (look at the bottom of the coil and how it makes contact in the base). As far as the mod goes, the 510 pin could be sticking down. Make sure it is springing back up when the tank is removed. A good cleaning with a q-tip and alcohol would be a start

UPDATE: My old glass resolves this issue (for now). Since I have had this issue in the past, does anyone have further insight on what is causing this problem? I do clean my 510 threads. I am also curious as to how tight the connection port/screw on my IPV3-Li should be, and whether or not that component can easily be replaced. If anyone knows what that specific component is called so I can do my own research that would be great.
Does anyone else experience this problem with the IPV3-Li or with the Arctic Turbo tank? Does anyone know where to buy authentic replacement glass? I even have trouble finding authentic coils for this tank.
