I have just recievced ipv 3 LI today and I was trying to do the update to it. I downloaded the program and the upgrade file but when I open the file after I connect the device it says this file is unsupported and will not let me upgrade. im getting frustrated can someone help lol. im running a windows 7 laptop.

When I updated my standard ipv3 I had to put .sxi at the end of the file for the updater to recognize it. Not sure if it is the same for the li or not.
