Has anyone been able to update the firmware on their SX350J V2 device using Virtual Box in a mac laptop?
The device I have is the Boxer 75W.
What I did so far.
1. Downloaded the Yihi SXi setup file dated 2015 5/22-1621
2. Installed SXi in virtual box
3. Downloaded the Boxer V2.08.SXi zip file from GingerVaper
4. Made sure Boxer had LINK - ON
5. Plugged in device, opened SXi
Now this is where I'm having trouble. Either the device cannot be connected when I click on Connect Device in the Connection section OR I get a connection but when I click on the GoToUpdate in the Update section of SXi nothing happens and the Open File button is grey'd out so I cannot open the GV 2.08 file.
