I don't have an ipv, but I've made skins for other mods. I measured the mod, then cut it out on paper. I put the paper up against the mod and marked different places to cut it for a better fit. It took a few tries, but in the end I had a pattern. For another mod, I ordered a clear one from a vender and used it as a pattern.
