It does not come with a battery, it must be purchased with the device or separately. You don't necessarily need a charger as you can charge the battery via MicroUSB.

I adjusted the 510 screw and it made no difference. None of my attys sit flush with the body and the 510 connector is slightly crooked. Debating requesting an exchange but the replacement will most likely be the same. I ordered the black model from elev8.

That aside, really like this mod.

Finally got mine today :) Does anyone know since the 510 pin is slotted, can it be adjusted up or down? I know its spring loaded but I have an N22 that has a long 510 and leaves a gap.

P.s. like someone else said this thing hits smooth & hard.. That's comparing from a Hana/Cana clone.

I wondered the same thing. Since the pin is slotted I would gently try to turn it clockwise maybe an 1/8-1/4 turn. then try again. If it doesn't move.....DON'T FORCE IT.

Thanks Marc, I'll probably do that. Is yours the black version?

It does not come with an ego adapter. They're pretty cheap if you need to pick one up.

For the person asking if it came with a battery, I highly recommend either LG HE2 or Samsung 25R 18650 cells for this device.

This may sound stupid but is there a protective sticker on the front display? Looks like there may be but I've not dug in to find out.

Yep it's the Black version. The protective sticker is there and a PITA to get started, finally got it going up by the power button.

And I'm using the 25R and going on the second day at 11.5 watts with a 1.4 ohm coil.

Adjusting the 510 will not do anything, except maybe damage/dislocate it. The pin is sitting in a Heavy Spring.

Though it may seem confusing, this is a bit different design. There is a Dual Spring setup in the Top.
One spring supports the 510 Pin.
One spring/pin secures the Battery at the Positive end.

Please list your Atomizers that are not fitting. It may help others in deciding.

So far all my Various manufacturers Kayfuns fit flush.
All my Orchid RBA tanks fit flush.
Dark Horse RDA - Flush
(3) Ithaka RBA's - Flush
(3)Omega RDA's - Flush - 2 are .4ohm builds (.43ish)
(2) Igo-L - No go, Poor threading on Both units
Trident - Flush
(2) Magma - Not Flush - 1mm gap
(2) Rocket RBA - Flush <similar to Kayfun 3.1>
AGA-T - Flush
Origen RDA - Flush

This keeps up I might wear out my 510 just testing Fit.

Hope this list helps a bit.

I can't find any literature on it but i don't believe its intended to be adjustable since it is spring loaded. Many of the chinese manufacturers tend to use a phillips head pin instead of a flat pin I think to facilitate replacing it should the need arise.

Question: If I buy the 25R batteries mentioned above, is my xtar wp2 charger ok for em?

Samsung 25r or LG HE2 are both very, very similar in performance and your wp2 will charge them fine. I picked up a bunch of LG HE2's on Amazon for $6.20 ea (in packs of 5) but you can get 2 for under $15 shipped (25r or HE2).

I'm thinking this one is going back. 510 is def crooked. Which might explain the off taste. It got better when I switched to dc-dc mode from pwm, but it's still off.
