I received today my cheap wood grain skin from ebay and it looks like the price: cheap. Not bad to cover some ugly or worn mod but mine was prettier without it. Oh well, the one that other ppl posted here is nicer (more expensive but much nicer). and those that said they'd rather pay the extra were right. I don't like this skin, not seller's fault. Shipping was very fast, instructions good. it was cheap; it is. I think i will peel it off.

Did you buy online or at a B&M? If a B&M, go talk to the owner/manager first. These have been out like 6-7 weeks, so yours is still clearly under warranty.

I bought it online. I couldn't find it locally and the local shops charge way too much for stuff. I know they have to price it higher to cover their overhead costs but some shops just ask far too much.

I shipped mine to Asmodus. It should be there by Saturday. Hopefully I can get a replacement next week. If I get one new in box I'll just sell it, although I don't know how much money a V1 would bring with the V2 coming out.

The Advantage to me to buy from a B&M is so I can walk in and put my APV on the Counter and tell them I want an Exchange. If this is Not an Option, I see No Reason to pay B&M Prices for something. I just buy it on the Net.

I take this Same Approach with just about Everything I buy. Store vs. Internet wise. If All the Store is going to do is tell me to Send it to the OEM, it isn't a big attraction to buy from a Physical Store.

That is why I don't buy from my local B&M anymore, B&M prices, but without the service, ie, all sales are final, no refunds/exchanges after you walk out the door.

I hear you.

I will probably buy Another IPV Mini. I was out and about and was going by a Vape shop so I popped in to see what their Price was. It would be about $20.00 more than what I paid from myvapestore.

When I asked what the Return/Exchange Policy was, I was told that ALL Returns were done via the OEM. And that there was NO Exchange Policy. I told the clerk "Thank You", turned, and walked out of the store.

I fully agree. I go through 1.5 batteries per day @ 30w However I went through 3 on my Mechanical with low ohm builds.

Remember, you are vaping on a lower ohm tank and likely already taking longer draws. Time is power spent.:)

And I go through three or four 2500mAh battery changes per day at 25-30w with an Atlantis. Any of these single 18650 30w+ mods running sub-ohm tanks really do deserve at least one spare battery and an external charger.

Also, Joey, have you tried the Atlantis at 25-30w? You might be missing out on a noticeable flavor improvement running down at 20w, as well as vapor production if that matters to you. The IPV can take it, the Atlantis can take it (and then some). Just askin', everyone should vape how they like.

Oh my goodness! How many ml per day?

I'm getting just about a full day out of a charge on my 18650's (6-8ml/day), but many of the flavs I like have a sweet spot between 20-25W.

Also, how do you charge them batts? Via USB. or a dedicated charger?

The saying "Caveat Emptor" comes to mind...

My Wood Grain Vapor Skinz will arrive tomorrow after a several days in usps limbo land. I ordered it on 1/21... 8 days to go from TX to So Cal? USPS does suck if you are in a hurry!

I'll post pics and thoughts after I'm done installing it.

Mini2 crxess? Is it a new mini?

That is the Limited release 70w IPV mini. Looks just like our 30w except(silver or Black) Real BLACK and both have a Black LCD cover and the SX330 v2c Chip (think IPV 2S;))
Only 9999 to be produced, split between colors. Think I have a collectors item?

At least 10ml, up to 20ml per day, 3mg or 6mg max VG. Use a dedicated Nitecore UM20 charger both at home and in the car. At $35 for 240ml, ITC Vapes keeps that juice guzzling affordable, costs me about $3.00 per day on a heavy day. That's still less than half the price of a pack of Camel Blues. :)

If I was sucking down pricey"gourmet" juices at that rate, it would be a different story.

Well then were going through roughly the same #batts per ml... your using 2-3+ times the juice I am in a day (Max VG here too).
I'm using the Nitecore D4 charger, so we're both getting good full charges. Hmmmm.

As for good juice on a budget, have you tried Vape Wild yet? If so what did you think?

After finding ITC and the variety of flavors they carry that suit my particular preferences very well, I don't see the need for any more costly experimentation. Don't ask me about my expensive and so-far miserable experiment with Jimmy the Juice Man, for instance.

And I'm sure Vape Wild is fine, I just don't need to go there yet. :)

I tried some experimenting ....Croak. First of all - I'm using a 70% VG 30% PG mix of 3mg nicotine of tobacco/grape/honey juice. I found that 25 watt is a bit too hot and found the sweet flavor was a bit better @ 15 or 20 watt. I also can take a bit longer draws at lower watts. ---- I'm still experimenting with the airflow all the way open to the next to all the way open setting. I think I'm getting plenty of vapor at the lower watts.

I have a Efest LUC S2 charger. I charge spent batteries out of the iPV mini. -- I'm not sure how much juice I am using per day yet. I'm liking 20 watts myself.

I have a Efest LUC S2 charger and two Efest 2500 mAh 18650 3.7V batteries. The instructions say I have to unplug the unit before removing the batteries after charging. The English translation of the manual isn't very clear.

Is it really that important to unplug the unit each time before removing batteries?
Does it hurt the unit to leave it plugged in when not charging batteries?
I have tried just inserting and removing batteries with it plugged in with no noticeable problem.
