Okay so like I said all of a sudden my ipv v2 started to vibrate when I would take a vape hit it would happen when I used the button and touch sensor. It stoped after a lil bit but has me worried, anyone ever heard of this before? Do I have somthing to worry about?? Thanks guys

That sounds Strange.

How Long have you had it? Has it taken any Bad Falls? Has it ever gotten Hot while Using or Charging it?

are you sure it is physically moving and thus vibrating?

If you have a short of sorts with some minor current running through your hands it could feel like vibration even though there is no movement per se.

I suppose an Easy test would be for the OP to put on a pair of Latex Gloves and then try using His/Her IPV.

If the issue has stopped happening, it's gonna be really hard to diagnose the problem.

Either way I wouldn't recommend using it. At least, don't use it for vaping.. ;)

I think that This is Probably Good Advice.

And if was me, I would be Looking to Replace it ASAP.

When you say "vibrating" do you mean vibration that you felt in your hand? Or just noise that you heard? It's extremely rare, but once in a great while I've had coils do this. I don't know if it's a certain resistance, length of wire, mass of wire, or what, but remember it's a big coil of wire... which is an inductor... I dunno if it hits certain harmonics or what but when first energizing I've had them make a kinda weird buzzing sound... Usually only do it a few times then I'm guessing the coil shifts or changes enough that it stops... Maybe the spacing between the wraps is just right and lets it vibrate when first energizing... I dunno... but anyway, if it's what's happened to me I've had it happen like twice over my entire vaping career... :)
