IPV2 Not firing

I just got my IPV2 today and put multiple atomizers in it including my TOBH rba with only 5 wraps of 22 gauge kanthal. When i put all of them in and turn the screen on it says 1 ohm and won't fire. I know everything i put in my ipv isnt under .2 ohms.

Try adjusting the 510 center screw on the ipv. If the atty isn't making contact it will read 1Ω

I screwed it up a little bit so when i screwed in my atty, my atty stuck out a little bit making surre it was connected, yet i still have no connection... Anything else I can do. I still didn't even get a reply to my email about my IPV from the Ebay store i bought it from.
