Anybody have a problem with the ipv2s plus reading resistance being off. I thought that the kayfun v4 clone was screwing up, but it was the mod. It was reading 2.4 while the ohm meter read 1.35. Then checked all my tanks, and unless all 6 tanks have a short, and the ohm meter is off, then the ipv is reading almost 1 ohm higher, and it fluctuates wildly. The ohm meter reads them all steadily at what Steam Engine says the build should read.

That's a big pisser because until now, it's been reliable, and I'll have to deal with Asmodus.

I thinking seriously of sticking with my mechs until I can swing a better quality box mod.

Ive just started having this problem, i actually went back to using my ipv2 instead of the 2s. Ive had it for a couple months now and all the sudden recently it jumps around like crazy. I hate it cause 1 minute im happily vaping away and then it jumps up and i get a crazy hot and burnt hit. Ive tried cleaning the 510 connection and nothing works. Not sure what to do, maybe somethings wrong on the inside, funny how it wasnt like this in the beginning though.

Mine is reading everything 0.3 lower than it should. Tried all my active drippers and Atlantis. The T6 and Sig100 reads them fine.

edit- OK, I switched out the VTC5 that has been inside since day 1(last october), with an LG and is reading everything fine now. I've always charged it usb. The VTC5 is in the D4 now and will try again once fully charged...

I know the K4 can have some problems if a few of the parts aren't tightened down correctly, but if you tried a bunch of different ones, then I don't know. If they have adjustable pins, maybe try having them protrude a bit more than you usually would.

Actually, as counter intuitive as it is, I've found that extending the 510 pins only exacerbates this issue, the solution in my experience, has been to tighten your 510 pin down as far as it adjust to.

Trust me, get a q-tip and dip the head in some rubbing alcohol (90% or more preferably) and just carefully clean the 510 threads specifically and also get the actual 510 pin while your there, but make sure to be gentle with the actual pin. That should fix the problem. That or your 510 pin needs to be tightened down. I've found those two options will fix this issue 9.9/10
