ipv3 help!

Alright, I just got the ipv3 and even though it's labeled as a charger cable, the usb cable isn't for charging. I read around to figure out what to get but I stumbled across a problem. there is this metal "plug" where the charging port is and no, it doesn't come out. Is there anyone that me with this? I really rather not constantly take out the batteries.

You will have to take the batteries out to charge them. I've heard mixed success with various chargers even the one advertised by pioneer4you. However in your case you have no option.

I read the same thing. There are chargers that work but its been said its not safe.
Pioneer4you must have figured that out to late. Maybe V4 will have a balance charger of some sort built in.

Well is there at least a way to make the back magnitized or something so I don't constantly have to deal with the screws?
