hey guys im going to attempt to fit a LiPO battery in my ipv4 by removing the battery sled opening up more room. My question is on the bottom of the sled + on left - on right both have leads going from the sled to the main board. But on the top of the right battery theres a lead going to the charging board. my question is what leads do i connect the + and - from the LiPO to? Im assuming the 2 leads on the bottom of the sled because one goes to a + and the other to a -. just not sure what to do with the lead going to the charging board. obviously not going to use the on board charging. just wondering if everything would still work ok if thats not even hooked up. thanks guys every bit helps

It sounds like its in a series personally i've never done lipo's but i'll try to find a diagram of the wiring setup. But if it were me i would stick with whats in there now.

Whats the reasoning behind changing it to a lipo is it a single lipo or dual i would leave the charging attached / how else would you charge it?

I have a balance charger for Lipo Batts and the reasoning was to handle more amp load because a decent lipo will handle 70amp continues discharge no problem but found out only a 800mah would fit so not worth it just gonna make a box with a 350j chip and go from there
