IRC Down or Retired?

Just curious as I stumbled across the info for the #ECF and #DIY IRC channels in the DIY forum. So, I thought I'd add those channels to my IRC client since I'm on IRC all day anyways. But it seems irc.e-cigarette-forum.com is down. I'm not sure if this is because its down temporarily or if the server was retired some time ago.

If its the latter case, I'd be happy too host the two channels on GeekShed. Just give me the heads up either way.

I'll try it again tomorrow. I was unable to connect to the server last time I tried and received no response when I pinged it. Must've been a network routing issue at the time.

I have been on the server without disconnection since Dec 26th...
