Is 4.27V on a Li-Mn IMR considered an overcharge?

Since we're on the topic of batteries... I accidently discharged my AW IMR below 3V (doh!), and was wondering what anyone's thoughts are about that...

IMR's are fine down to 2.5V. With a good charger (xtar, Pila, NiteCore) they can be safely brought back from 2.0V with no danger as long as it isn't habitual.

You should be ok as long as you didn't go below 2.5V
