is a low resistance set-up really a hotter vape?

If you have the drill bits . . . . . . I've heard where folks just spin the drill bit in by hand (or with pliers) to drill out the hole. Just sayin'.

Scared I'll slip and scratch it. But, by hand definitely sounds safer than a motorized drill.
