Do i need to buy a seperate ohm and volt meter? Where is the best place and with th recommended ones that are accurate? thanks!!

A digital multimeter will do just fine. A separate ohm meter like this one will come in handy when rebuilding coils but it's not necessary if you have a DMM.

Agreed. I will say that I have a DMM, but I bought one of those atomizer ohm meters because it also serves as a handy stand for rebuilding.
