Ha - he must have awakened sometime and looked at his messages. I've even received email from him that didn't go directly to spam! Yippee! Guess I should check the spam bin more often and see what else I've missed....
I just got instant response when using the chat - but order confirmation did end up in the spam. I just created a filter in gmail to tell in "never send to spam" for anything from altsmoke.com will have to wait & see whether it works on my next order
