I've tried using the online Meeb support (AltSmoke Chat) as well as contact through website regarding an order I placed yesterday but I get no response. What am I doing wrong?
Is AltSmoke support really online?

Seems Rob forgot to change his status. I was chatting with him a while ago and he was heading off to bed.
Thanks - that explains the long wait for a response! Guess he's got to sleep sometime....
I Log out, but I still wake up to messages saying 'Anyone home?', 'You there' or 'No one is ever on this thing' ;P
Ha - he must have awakened sometime and looked at his messages. I've even received email from him that didn't go directly to spam! Yippee! Guess I should check the spam bin more often and see what else I've missed....
I just got instant response when using the chat - but order confirmation did end up in the spam. I just created a filter in gmail to tell in "never send to spam" for anything from altsmoke.com will have to wait & see whether it works on my next order
