Is anyone else having problems with their diamond battery?

I bought a diamond battery about 3 weeks ago and immediately fell in love. So much so, that I bought a second one a week later. But this past week my first one doesn't seem to be working right. It lights up when I try to vape but I don't get any vapor or taste at all. All I get is cool air. If I put the same carto on my other batteries I have no problem, so it's definitely not the carto. I've tried recharging it, that didn't help. I tried lifting the battery post, that didn't help either.

I'm totally at a loss! And from what I can tell, I can't return it either.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

You can return it, it would definitely still be under warranty. Give us a call or submit a support ticket and we'll get you fixed up.

Well thank you! That's good to know! But I sure wish there was a way to fix it. I really love how pretty it is. And when it worked, it worked great!

It sounds like the cart is not making contact with the battery, but if you already tried to pull the post up on the battery, it might just be dead.

That's not quite true -- have you tried other cartos? I also think it sounds like a bad connection. It's certainly possible for the battery's socket to fail with the LED still coming on, but I would think it's unlikely since the battery has no moving parts.

I've found certain cartos make a connection only when NOT quite screwed in all the way.

Thank you! Yes I've tried several different cartos on different occasions and even tried screwing them down a bit tighter, or even lighter. Nothing worked. I've kind of been toying with it on and off all weekend.

I bought 1 diamond series battery (short black) when there was that nice sale on them. Worked awesome when I first got it. It seemed to last longer than my other batteries. However, this only lasted about a week or 2. Now, they last about an hour or 2 and then they die. Charging it only takes a few hours and then the green light comes on. Even after having it on the charger over night, it only lasts about an hour and then I have to recharge it again. Seems like I end up charging it 3-4 times a day because it doesn't last very long, and I am far from being a heavy vaper. Just wondering if anyone else is having this same issue with their diamond series.

RNPic, just curious....after it shows that is charged, try unscrewing it until the charge light goes from green to red, then screw it back in again and see if the light remains red, showing it is still charging. Leave it on the charger and keep repeating this until it you unscrew it and screw it back in and the light remains green. If you find that your batt works fine (time of use) after this repetitive process, then it's a logic problem in the circuit board.....contact C.S.

A friend of mine had this problem with some Auto Regs awhile back, took about 3 cycles of this process for full charging.
