Yay! I can help, maybe!

The case has three compartments.

One long tube which will fit an assembled standard, normal, short ego batteries with atty and drip tip (presumably catridge instead of drip tip, i have not tried).

The larger section of the case is split in half. One side is able to fit a few attomizers and a 6ml bottle of liquid. The other side is able to fit two short ego batteries.

The Janty eGo battery with built in USB Passthrough will fit in the long tube, but not assembled. It will not fit in the large section of the tube.

I have written Janty to find if they plan on accomodating the larger mega batteries or usb batteries, but have not received a response at all.

I recommend it for short trips, easier to keep things packed up and nicer than a zip lock bag. Looks great, feels great. Well built. Expensive, but I don't regret buying it as I was previously just jamming stuff into pockets everywhere for 3 day trips. Now i take this case with the above mentioned stuff, and between the 6ml in the case and 6ml i carry with me Im covered.

I would not take it out on the town with me. Without some type of padding internally the batteries and such flop about and make a bit of noise.
