Is anyone willing to ship to Romania?

I have a good friend that transferred from my college to Romania, and is looking into vaping. He's interested in an Ego. Anybody know of a good supplier that would be willing to ship there? Is it even legal to ship these from the US to Romania?

He should hook up with the guy who makes the precious, I believe that's where it is made and that Modder probably has the hook ups over there, I would also try Eastmall.net I think they ship worldwide.
