Now, before we bash, I LOVE my billow tank, I love the airflow, the dual coil design, the looks of the tank, I mean it is a GREAT tank BUT...I have noticed that every 3-4 tank fulls I gotta pull the chimney out and soak the CRAP out of it in hot soapy water and scrub the inside of it to get this nasty "build up" flavor out of it, has anyone else noticed this or have any idea how to stop this from happening, I do NOT want to retire this tank but scrubbing it out so frequently is getting REALLY annoying

What kind of juice are you using? There are many factors that can cause juice gunk build up. Juice that is high in VG or all VG can gunk up a coil. There are also certain flavors that can do this as well.

What kind of wick do you use? Silica, cotton, Rayon?

I use titanium wire and Rayon for my builds. With this I am able to go for a week or longer without rebuilding. I also make my own juice and use less VG than PG which helps with the gunk factor. Some may not like that because VG gives more visual vapor (clouds).

Make my own juice and use heavy VG, the only PG in my blends is what exists in the flavor extracts, period. lol so that out of the way, the flavor depends on the flavor of the day, and it is NOT the coil I am worried about but the CHIMNEY that gets this nasty build up regardless of the flavor and I have to wash and scrub it constantly to keep this out and I don't have this with my other tanks...just wondering if there was a way to avoid this
