I have been using 1 hole cartomizer but I realized that I maybe need 2 holes instead of just 1.

I've been getting so many dry / burning hits and waisted good amount of cartomizers so I am thinking abouy get one of those punchers. But I also heard that the cartomizer can be BENT due to the puncher put pressure on it..

the puncher I saw was in ring-shape.

This is what I use to punch my cartos:

Supco BPV31 Bullet Piercing Valve - Amazon.com

It works really well and doesn't warp the carto as much as the "ring" type. The only thing I had to do was drill a small hole in the solid size so when I spun my carto around I could line it up with the hole I drilled to ensure that the carto was punched evenly on both sides.

Yup you will be hard pressed to get a punched and flanged carto into that SmokTech DCT. (the hole in the end caps is to small)
You can take one end cap off and put a punched carto without the flange in tho'.

oh.. i didnt know that you can take the cap off the smok dct

Not a fan of hand or tool-punched cartos. As previously mentioned, the tool-punched cartos inevitabally deform the carto from round to oval shape, and in all likelyhood making it difficult to put the carto through the end caps, or at least putting unnecessary wear and tear on the end cap o-rings. Those o-rings are what keep your tank from leaking juice and keeping the tank on the carto.

The pre-punched cartos work just as well even though the holes "look too small". You should probably just order more tank cartos with two laser-drilled holes in them: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nched-single-coil-cartomizers-cartotanks.html

I have a cartomizer setup guide here, in addition to a commentary about pre-punched vs tool-punched cartos and single coil vs dual coil cartomizers: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3710-5-cartomizer-tank-setup.html

Notice the deformity of the tool-punched carto above.

I strongly recommend purchasing a Slap Yo Moma tank tool. This will not only protect your tank's o-rings, but greatly assists assembling and filling the tank.

Using that bullet piercing valve mentioned earlier in this thread I just put 2 holes in a flanged carto and got it into that tank with no problem.
