is "Cigalectric" a KR808?

hi, so my local gas station is selling something called the Cigalectric, and it LOOKS like a KR808, which I own, and the cartos are going for a reasonable price. is this a KR808? and if so is it a D-1 or a D-2? Products : Cigalectric

wow the refill packs are only 5 cartos? I thought it was 10 cartos. I knew I was living in a fantasy land....
