Is Dekang available as flavoring only?

I love the Dekang tobacco juices but they are actually quite expensive here on Europe. Does anyone know if Dekang sells their juices as flavoring only so I could mix my own and save some money? I can't buy nicotine overseas but flavorings are ok ofcourse so the supplier can be US, CN, EU or whatever. Thanks.

Dekang expensive? Have you checked out www.ebnferro.nu They are barely more expensive than from China.
