Is everything alright with the orders getting their on time?

I'm thinking/hoping its because of the holidays. I received the "it shipped" email on 11/30 and tracking still only shows info received. I'm in salt lake and usually get it in 2 days with standard delivery, this order they sent priority. I'm not worried though, just impatient. We'll get our juice soon enough. Ave juice is worth the wait! Happy waiting:)

Yeah the holidays have to be slowing down the shipments.
I am hoping to get the package tomorrow.

I'm in the same exact boat. I generally would have my Boba's by today, but the mail came, and no such luck.

I kind of feel bad for entering a Support Ticket, but I'm hoping that if there is something wrong that I can get it fixed ASAP. I'm actually relying on that juice... I'm almost out of VG, and I'm out of many of my favorite flavorings, so my future DIY will consist of a whole bunch of PG that I can't tolerate very well. :(

Definitely my fault for bad planning... Please show up tomorrow, Boba's!

Well, that gives me more hope. Did you actually get to track the package, or did it just have the initial "Package Sent"?

I'd feel better if I saw it actually moving... but it's making me think that it got lost :(

I am getting impatient mine still says "depart usps sort facility" from San Clarita.

Actually I did get to track it, as much as USPS lets you. Mine left Santa Clarita and made a hop to Boise and then on up to my area. So......there was some tracking. Does yours not show any movement??

Usually takes 2-3 days after I get the notification, thus why I believed that today would be the day (since it was shipped on Saturday).

In my ticket, I asked if they got back-tracked, and though they printed the label, just haven't sent it out yet, or at the time. No response yet, but I imagine they're swamped, so, I'm not pushing it. Though, I am desperate :)

I can see why you are concerned. It looks to me like the USPS never accepted it. Like you, I'm sure they are very busy with the sale and all. Hopefully you will receive a reply to the ticket very soon. Again, good luck.

If we go back to last year and the year before around this time you'll see the same trend. Packages get slowed down around this time of year and postal workers get a lot more ornery. I'll see if there are any extra measures we can take to ensure better receiving (when they take the shipments) and tracking.

@Levitas - Please don't hesitate to drop a support ticket our way. The tickets--like postal issues--increase this time of year but it's expected, anticipated, and appreciated.

I did, but I didn't want to pester you about it because I figured you'd get around to it when you could.

I'm hoping that it magically appears in the mail today. Unfortunately, deep down I'm not that optimistic :(

Still optimistic but gonna order more in the morning!

I'm gonna pretty much do the same. I'm almost certain it's not coming, but I need to act fast. Either way, I'll be hurting this weekend.

A delay would be okay, in fact, it would be preferred. However, according to my tracking #'s, my package was lost to the void, also known as the post office.

Did you order from Avejuice ? I ordered on the 30th and it just hit the Post office here delivery tomorrow. They had a big sale so things may be alittle slow.
Yeah I ordered from the right site and it was on Thanksgiving and it shipped on the 30th.
The package is on its way now so I am relieved.
