Is everything alright with the orders getting their on time?

I ordered Bobas on 11/28 and it said expected delivery by December 2nd and still no sign of Bobas.
My tracking number is 420446479405510200883999132992.
I am hoping it isn't stuck somewhere.
I'm hoping its just because of the Holidays that its taking a little more time.
Sorry if I'm being impatient lol.

I'm in salt lake and usually get it in 2 days with standard delivery, this order they sent priority. I'm not worried though, just impatient. We'll get our juice soon enough. Ave juice is worth the wait! Happy waiting

Yeah the holidays have to be slowing down the shipments.

I'm almost out of VG, and I'm out of many of my favorite flavorings, so my future DIY will consist of a whole bunch of PG that I can't tolerate very well.

Well, that gives me more hope. Did you actually get to track the package, or did it just have the initial "Package Sent"?

I am getting impatient mine still says "depart usps sort facility" from San Clarita.

Actually I did get to track it, as much as USPS lets you. Mine left Santa Clarita and made a hop to Boise and then on up to my area. So......there was some tracking. Does yours not show any movement??

No, this what I have had since Dec. 1st:

Usually takes 2-3 days after I get the notification, thus why I believed that today would be the day (since it was shipped on Saturday).

In my ticket, I asked if they got back-tracked, and though they printed the label, just haven't sent it out yet, or at the time. No response yet, but I imagine they're swamped, so, I'm not pushing it. Though, I am desperate

I can see why you are concerned. It looks to me like the USPS never accepted it. Like you, I'm sure they are very busy with the sale and all. Hopefully you will receive a reply to the ticket very soon. Again, good luck.

Did you order from Avejuice ? I ordered on the 30th and it just hit the Post office here delivery tomorrow. They had a big sale so things may be alittle slow.

If we go back to last year and the year before around this time you'll see the same trend. Packages get slowed down around this time of year and postal workers get a lot more ornery. I'll see if there are any extra measures we can take to ensure better receiving (when they take the shipments) and tracking.

@Levitas - Please don't hesitate to drop a support ticket our way. The tickets--like postal issues--increase this time of year but it's expected, anticipated, and appreciated.

I did, but I didn't want to pester you about it because I figured you'd get around to it when you could.

I'm having the same issue. Order was made on 11/28, shipped on 11/30. Tracking shows it left Santa Clarita 11/30 but has yet to arrive in NY or any other galaxy far far away. Ticket submitted. Still optimistic but gonna order more in the morning!

Post is overwhelmed somewhat with Thanksgiving, black Friday and cyber Monday. placed and order from AVE Thanksgiving day and got it in Virginia on Monday, placed an order with two other vendors Friday night and got one on Monday (Fist Class no less) and the other was 2 day priority and is still not here.

Yeah I ordered from the right site and it was on Thanksgiving and it shipped on the 30th.
The package is on its way now so I am relieved.
