Is Glycerin USP the same as VG liquid?

I may be confused, but after reading around this is the conclusion I'm coming to. If this is the case, then I can use it for diluting, yeah?

Yup it's pretty much the same thing. Yes if it's USP you can use it to dilute but you might lose a bit of flavor... VG is also a TAD sweet but it doesn't make THAT MUCH of a difference in the taste except weakening it. If you have flavoring you'll need it.
