Sent a ticket on the 17th (day I received my product) got a response back in about a half hour, I replied within 10 mins or so and have yet to hear anything again in 3 days and I'm still left with a product that can't be used.
Bad/Danno, how often do you guys check the ticket tracking system you guys have set up? My experience is that I'll open up a ticket and I won't get a response on it for a couple of days. I want to follow the process instead of PM'ing you guys but with that kind of response on the help desk system, I'd rather just PM you guys.
