Both are located in China. Both have huge inventory. Or so we're told. I haven't tried Healthcabin but fasttech is SSSLLLLOOWWWW. I'm talking not because China is far away from most of us and that' life. I'm talking they don't even mail your order for weeks. I've ordered from them twice now. Wanted to give them a second shot. Phew.

So is Health Cabin any faster?

Thanks guys.

My orders from fastech usually get here in about 14 days. Assuming I am ordering in-stock merch and it doesn't contain batteries or eliquid. This is using the upgraded shipping (free on orders over $15 or about an extra 50 cents if not)

As for health cabin, I've never used them, but I know there are a huge number of people that do use them on here - they have their own supplier forum which can be found HealthCabin

It's not fasttech, it is Chinese mail service in general. while adifferent distributor may offer other shipping options that may work around the problems the most common services will be slowed down regardless of who it comes from.
as for service in general, health cabin is one of the first vendors I ever used and they were always helpful.

Spend a couple extra dollars and buy closer to home. The few dollars you might save gets used up quick when you have any type of an issue. And sooner or later you will have an issue.

I ordered 2 Vamos that never arrived. Ordered in June, I just finally gave up of trying to get them to re-ship as they promised. Thats $90 gone, and absolutley nothing I can do.

i have probably put say 20ish orders through fasttech ... it just so cheap! i have recieved every order, usually in 10 days sometimes they get backed up in customs and it takes 12-14 days but one way or another i always get it just got my Itaste VTR for $70! and there is no question about weather or not its a real itaste. they cover the logos in the picture on the website for legal issues but when u get it the box and the unit has all of its logos.

I used DHL shipping on my first healthcabin.net order. I ordered on a tuesday night and received it thursday morning. Fasttech has cheaper liqua juice which I like, but the shipping times were insane. Since shipping via dhl with healthcabin is about $15 I just make bulk purchases from healthcabin. $6 for 30ml of a good juice I enjoy is not bad. healthcabin has liqua for $1 cheaper and free shipping. Ill eventually try fasttech but not if im in a hurry to get anything.

How is this even possible today? Your bank or credit card company would reverse the charges and done. Find this post hard to believe. Ordered from fasttech during the summer and it took three weeks but got my stuff split into two packages (vamo v3 was on back order). Got the first one in 10-11 days and second took 20 or so.

I have received everything I have ordered from FastTech, one order took 6 weeks (3 weeks of that was waiting for an advertised 15day restock time) most take 2-3 weeks.

The savings made allowed me to use my excess budget to buy a $300 Semovar. I am very glad I had patience and didn't pay extra to buy each order closer to home.
