Is HH357 really that much better than a basic 306 dripping atomizer?

I'm thinking of maybe buying one used here on ecf. Is it really worth to buy this from United States to Europe? I have one 306 bridgeless LR atomizer but it can handle only like 2 drops and starts spitting in my mouth if i put more drops.

I don't find them worth the extra cost at all, many would disagree tho.
