I'm simply amazed people don't care if 510 carts don't fit the attys that they're getting. That's some serious fanboyism there.

The 510 carts fit a little loose in the new attys, but take a pair of needle nose pliers and slightly bend the edge of the the atty and they will then fit tightly and you are good to go.

Certainly we shouldn't have to do this and I'm not happy about it either. But at the same time it's not like these new atty's are totally worthless. Call us fanboys if you want, but is it better for people to be overly dramatic and say the sky is falling about a problem which does have an easy work around??

i have just received these atomizers in my shipment about 2 days ago. they leak whenever topped up and fit very loosely ( loosing my preciou$ juice and making a MESS all over ME and where ever i keep it. ) they also do not wick up very well ( forcing you to top up constantly making more of a mess ) and are smaller then my titan ( juice wise ) in addition i did not receive my pcc either ( have to wait 3 weeks ? ) i could be imagining it ( because of the leaking ) but these "new" atomizers seem to be quite the juice hogs. i am not thrilled with this situation. being told i was the first one to mention it ( "in thousands they sent out" yet my order comes in ziplocks ? ) clearly is also not true. im an adult and i respect others. so i always tell the truth and expect the same, regardless of the situation, but especially when money is concerned. please do not further insult my intelligence with excuses and instead find a working solution to the problem ( it is your business after all isnt it ? ) and rectify the situation please. if that calls for new atomizers ( cant see any other solution here if they dont wick up . ) then so be it.

I picked up my order from Inno-Towers today, since some people think that the company is a fake, I thought I'd share my experience with you all.

I received a call from Mark earlier today, telling me that my order was ready for pick-up. Innovapor graciously let me save some shipping money, since I'm a local customer.

When I got to Inno-Tower in downtown Boise I was pleasantly surprised. Since I insisted on meeting the boss, that people thought is some sleazebag in a van on some street corner, collecting money for non existing product.

I was met in the lobby by a very nice looking secretary and escorted to the 47th floor penthouse office. Noah greeted me at the door to his office and offered me some 12 year old single malt, and explained his current dilemma by showing me a very nice power point presentation.

After that he offered to give me a tour of the Shipping and receiving departments in the sub basement of Inno-Towers, where his minions were assemblying 510 kits out of cardboard, bubble gum and super glue, all this in sweatshop conditions, with the emergency exits chained shut.

None of this really bothered me until Noah offered to introduce me to Mark.
We took the elevator another floor down, to a bare room with a pit in the middle. Down in the bottom of the pit I saw Mark, cowering in a dark corner with a bluetooth headset surgically affixed to his ear.

When I objected to the treatment of the poor Innovapor employees, I was escorted out of the building buy a couple of burley security guard, one of them handed me my order and told me to have a nice day.

I also went to the Boise post office to see why they were so slow, and once I saw it, I understood.

I have enclose a picture of Inno-Towers and the Boise USPS office below.

Seriously, I went and picked up order # 630 today and met Noah, Mark and Tony. We did have a pleasant but short chat. Before being ignored because they were busier than one legged guys in a .... kicking contest. Mark constantly on the phone with customers, Tony packing orders and rushing off to the post office, and Noah catching up on ECF threads.

I assure you that they are all real and relatively normal people.

I also assure you, I am just another customer, I waited for my order just like everybody else. I just happen to be local.

Makes me wish I lived over there! I was order 617!...
Seriously though it is great to hear that you got ignored (no offense.)
I haven't gotten my first order yet, but I am itching to place another one just to make sure I am stocked....I will be waiting for the log-jam to clear before I do that though.

They were all very polite and answered my questions, but kept sticking to their tasks. I quietly took my leave without taking offense..

Bob, You may forget that I had you sign a non-disclosure agreement in blood that you have now violated. Please arrive at the east wing, gate 3c to be water boarded.
